1. Where can I find my order information?

Answer: Once you submit your order, your order details will be emailed to you.

2. How will I know when my order is processed?

Answer: Once your order is processed, you will be notified by email and where available, tracking information will be included.

3. What forms of payment does American Rhino accept?

Answer: Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal.
American Rhino does not accept cash, checks, or money orders for online orders.

4. Does American Rhino charge sales tax?

Answer: American Rhino charges sales tax in the following states: 
CA, CT, DC, DE, FL, MA, ME, NC, NJ, NY, TX, VA, VT, GA, IL, PA, SC, and MO

5. Do I have to create an account before I place an order?

Answer: You do not. Guests are always welcome to place orders.

If you decide to become a registered user, you can access your American Rhino order history, manage your email and donation preferences, and enjoy a faster checkout on your next purchase.

7. Is American Rhino a secure website?

Answer: Yes. We use 128-bit, encrypted Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to protect the security of your online order information.

Shipping Information

1. When will my order be shipped?

Answer: Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours. Please note that during the holidays, it may take longer. If you need your order shipped right away, please place your order before 12 p.m. ET using an expedited service.

2. How will I know when my order is shipped?

Answer: Once your order is processed and shipped, confirmation will be emailed to you and where applicable, tracking information will be included.

3. How do I track my shipment?

Answer: Please refer to the tracking details in your shipping confirmation email.

4. Can I change my shipping address if my order has not processed?

Answer: Please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your changes.

5. Why is my order being sent in multiple shipments?

Answer: You may have ordered a number of items that do not fit into one box. You will receive an email with a tracking number and item list for each of your packages.

Products

1. Where are your products made?

Answer: American Rhino is careful about sourcing quality gear from manufacturers and regions that understand and are in line with our mission. From time to time, we change vendors when better quality products become available. The manufacturing information will appear on American Rhino labels and on our website.

2. How do American Rhino product purchases help protect African Wildlife?

Answer: A portion of every American Rhino product sale goes to the American Rhino Foundation, which carefully plans and scrutinizes the partner organizations and African wildlife projects we fund. We support larger conservation initiatives, directly fund the most effective African wildlife conservation organizations annually, and quickly donate to individual projects of immediate need. In some cases, limited edition items are created to provide greater support to a specific project or need.

Return and Exchange Policy

1. What is your return policy?

For customers within the continental United States, we accept American Rhino products that are unused items that are received by us within 30 days of your order date. To start the process on a return, please contact our Customer Service department at info@americanrhino.com with your order number and a list of the items you would like to return or exchange. Once your request for a return is accepted, our customer service team will issue a return shipping label which will be sent via email.

Please note that original shipping charges are not eligible for refund on orders that were shipped correctly 

In order for us to process your return, we must receive your item(s) within 30 days of your order date. Please account for the time it takes for the carrier to ship your item(s) back to our headquarters.

Gift cards:

Donations

1. Where does the money from my purchase go to?

Answer: A portion of every American Rhino product sale goes to the American Rhino Foundation, which carefully plans and scrutinizes the partner organizations and African wildlife projects we fund. We support larger conservation initiatives, directly fund the most effective African Wildlife conservation organizations annually, and quickly donate to individual projects of immediate need.

2. How can I donate directly?

Answer: In addition to proceeds from the sale of American Rhino gear, you may use the donation page of our website to directly fund American Rhino Foundation partner organizations and projects. Since we don’t want you to miss out on the opportunity to raise awareness of the issues facing African wildlife by wearing American Rhino gear, we also have a donate feature in our shopping cart. Any amount you specify will go directly to the American Rhino Foundation to support our partner organizations and projects.

African Wildlife Conservation

1. Where can I learn more about the issues facing African wildlife?

Answer: Please go to the Learn section of our website to learn more about many issues and solutions facing African wildlife, as well as news and interesting wildlife facts. In addition, our American Rhino Foundation partners have a lot of information on their websites to explore. You can find a list of our partners, and links to their websites, on our American Rhino Foundation page.

2. How does the American Rhino Foundation select organizations to donate to?

Answer: The American Rhino Foundation and its Board of Executive Directors meets annually and communicates quarterly to regularly review our partners, donations, and the success of the projects we’ve funded. When needed, the Board is also activated to approve support for projects of immediate need. The Foundation’s formal criteria for assessing and approving partner organizations and projects are currently being finalized and will be posted on this website when they become available.

3. How does American Rhino track how its donations are used?

Answer: The American Rhino Foundation and its Board of Executive Directors meets annually and communicates quarterly to regularly review our partners, donations, and the success of the projects we’ve funded. From time to time, we will report on news about our partners’ achievements and the success of American Rhino Foundation funding. In time, the Foundation will publish an annual report detailing the figures and our partners’ achievement.

4. How can I contact the American Rhino Foundation directly?

If you’d like to contact the American Rhino Foundation about donations, projects, and activities, please email ADDRESS. Our Board responds to email on a regular, but not a daily basis, so please give us 14 days to respond to your query.
